All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST ship the following business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns
We stand behind everything in this catalog. If something is not right, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no paperwork, no hassle.

To initiate a return, log into your account and select the order, or email support with your order number. We will send a prepaid label within 24 hours.
Warranty
All Recoil hardware products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product fails under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications. Consumables (mouth tape, etc.) are not covered by the hardware warranty.
Exchanges
Need a different color or size? We offer free exchanges on all full-price items within 30 days. Start an exchange through your account or contact our support team and we will sort it within one business day.
